Fun Survival semi tanky??? build PVP.

Ok so i have been searching high and low but i cant seem so to find any other videos on a semi tank bruiser build with decent Dps.This is all high end gear that i have spent hours on end modding and changing around to get the right hp and damage i need. Now with the game being out longer people have decent gear"Yellow" and everyone seems to be rocking a Vector dealing almost 160 plus dps with tons of crit with low hp in the DZ. I have tried out the Vector build but wasn't too satisfied. Having high dps/crit which was a great feeling but i had to trade hp, armor and Range for DPS/CRIT and this wasnt worth it in my opinionSO with this build i noticed i could kite and trade a few shots to drop a guy or 2 with a smg build from a distances. While being a rogue you attract a lot of attention so With this build i noticed i could kite all the agents/players following me to high lvl mobs usually up north....And by the time i turn around to fight, more than half of the guys chasing me are either dead or about dead which i finish off.So here is the build.

Please if have questions about this build or any info about someone with the same build please do share. Im still on my quest to find the best gear/pvp/pve build out there.
