I finally got Lady Death today........I thought I wouldn't get it & for days I would look in all the Hyena's locked boxes and never finding one.So I went back to Long Island/Manhattan in New York to see if I could find one & I did !! I had to kill a Named Black Tusk Boss to get one. Here it is:
