Go to settings select initialize restore default settings (DO NOT INITIALIZE)go back to settings go to account settingsrestore licences restart your PS4 lauch the division.
 

this do not work for everybody but after forwarding ports on my router this procedure worked for me.

Hey guys, I made a video explaining a certain method I discovered that by passed the sever error: Delta 20010186 when trying to connect to The Division.
