Ok before the last server maintenance on (XBOX ONE) I wanted to try a different build so I went with 3 parts Sentry set I was currently running 3 Striker set I look at my DPS after changing was around 200K then it start it getting buggy dropping to around 170 then back to almost 200 then back down again now is this normal or has anyone else had this issue on PC or PS$ and Xbox One.

Thanks

It's normal.

DPS is the most unreliable stat in game, both for inaccuracies in it's calculation, and it's tendency to be affected by glitched talents. My DPS stat normally says I have 165k on my AUG, but my AUG puts out more than that per shot...and can crit to double that.

You're better off field testing builds. Find something tanky to kill, and see which build burns it faster.

I have the same problem... very frustrating and it does feel like a drop in DPS while in combat.  Not sure whether that's true or not.

It's not usually, though some things previously were stacking damage if you did specific actions, like the brutal talent glitch from swapping weapons repeatedly, so it can. Most of the time though, it's just a visual thing.
