this is sickening getting hit through rocks, through walls, through concrete, through ANYTHING a bullet will not go through but yet the NPC's have a 100% chance to hit me from ANYWHERE on the map, ANYTIME they want. I'm sitting in cover only to get smoked by some peon NPC that has business doing any damage

im taking damage while in cover, behind walls, vehicles, or ANYTHING a bullet will NOT go though and this is sickening!
what is the "reflect" damage coming back from the heavy armor elites, shoot them once and im dead from a "reflect" type thing?!? makes no sense
