Daily Missions Not Loading

I  have been trying for an hour to get into my daily missions but the ones with doors/etc. will not open allowing us entry.  Example the last 30 mins have been dedicated to finding a group for "Times Square Power Relay", the daily -Hard, and i can't get in. No group i join can get in....

Help?
