Bluetooth headset mic doesnt work

Hi guys

so i have a sennheiser urbanite xl wireless bluetooth 4.0 headset which works fine in every other microphone enabled game but in the division i can never get it to save in audio settings.

i switch from speakers to bluetooth headset in audio settings [which shows as an option so its clearly recognised] then launch game but sure enough my team cant hear me but i can hear them and when i check my audio settings its reverted back to speakers.

Ive tried many settings since launch including turning off skype, checking for new drivers, makign sure nvidia hdmi audio doesnt get installed, etc

i can load an external private voice server and chat that way but no way to communicate with randoms
