Barret's Chestpiece Drops?

I'm beginning to doubt that any of these special items actually exist. Have been ploughing through missions, collecting caches etc and still not a sniff

There's 3 guys in the group I run with and we've gotten the Skulls MC gloves, Shortbow Championship pads, and a Col. Bliss holster.  So far we're just holding them and not using them. I think my pads are useless and the guy with the gloves and holster is running a gear set (so gloves are useless) and he rarely uses his sidearm (so holster is useless).  We've run nalpalm a time or two and the DZ to try for the mask and pack, but aside from the mask and chest I'm not sure how much I'd use the others.  The gloves could prove useful with a HE or Frankenstein build, though.

I’m still running through Lex to get this … still no drop.

On the plus side, it’s a fast way of making PXC and papa wants to buy that AlphaBridge mask at the vendor! (2nd purchase of it to see if I can roll armour instead of health for a better result)

80PXC for about 5-10mins work, it’s a good return.

Just a quick query. Do you have to have 1.5 + DLC in order to get the named drops or just 1.5? I've still not got any named item gear drops but have had weapons.

As far as I know they're in 1.5 and not DLC specific. Although using DLC such as Survival would drastically increase your chances as ... If you complete it you can get 10-15 sealed Caches.

I completely agree with this.  Lex is pretty easy on CM and guy get a ton of gear, so for like 8 min it's become my go-to farm after rounding the city for PvE bosses (almost memorized all their locations).

And I'm pretty sure this is correct, they should be free as they were included in 1.5 and that was a free update (not DLC).

As an example, I have a season pass and ... no Character named gear drops yet either. Plenty of the new weapons and even a couple of the named weapons that open world bosses drop but nothing from that fabled gear list.

...Farming Lex though each evening I'm running upwards of 800PXC each night and around 8m credits from selling stuff I don't need and with random drops I'm getting the AlphaBridge gear I want dropping on top of that. 

I'm pretty happy to spend most of the evening's gaming just constantly running Lex to be honest! lol!

Just keep grinding Lex in CM. Seems its all I'm doing at the moment! 80PXC + 3 HE drop points + 1 major GS drop per run.... its well worth doing still. 

Survival runs are great, fun, interesting but take about an hour so it all depends on what you want from the game.

I've got 3 toons and each plays a little different so I've been rotating toons each night I play to mix things up.  Then, even though I'm running Lex a ton, it feels kinda different as I have to change up my role and play style.
