I have the (4x) Striker Gear Set.

Rank: 30 | 33 DZ

Gear Score: 196

Primary DPS: 142,561 | Firearms: 3306

Health: 45, 893 | Stamina: 1346

Skill Power: 16, 597 | Electronics: 1133

I need to get my health/stamina up. What are the most efficient ways? I can give more info if needed.

I mean there are only a couple of ways to do so, either a Gear Mod or either farming for or buying stamina gear based items. Unless your armor is maxed out I would imagine you are rather squishy when it comes to taking damage. In your case I would suggest that going after stamina based gear is the way to go. Mods IMO won't add enough health to make sense.

Thanks bro. Working on it tonight! I will be on this evening and probably pulling an all nighter.

Go to the recalibration station and try to get some stamina/more stamina on your current gear if you can.

I swear these gear sets are awful at setting us back.

I have 3 pieces of Nomad and wish to hell I had not destroyed my older gear.

Nomad made me squishy as hell. I was 185k dps 85k stamina 10k electronics. I had 56% armour.

Once I switched to the nomad I was same dps (roughly), but in the high 50s for stamina and armour dropped to 46%.

For something that should be for pvp it sure as hell feels like a step back and the 20% health on kill is useless if your getting creamed.

I'm crafting new gear to replace it and will try again with it when I have the 4th piece as thats the only bonus worth having imo.

Nomad is a solo player set, not definitively PvP. Even set pieces are under the effects of RNG for stats and bonuses, and have the same three tier system as HE pieces, so be careful what you snap on. You may be grabbing the lowest tier of a set piece with bad rolls on abilities.

I agree that the only real major benefit to having nomad gear is by having 4 pieces and the talent active, it literally saves your life

Pretty much the only way that works good is adding more stamina through stamina gear or gear mods, rerolling your current stamina gear to give you more then before and maybe reroll some stuff with +X health if you do not drop something for it that is really important to you that is. Otherwise you can try to optimize your damage mitigation a bit. Try to get more armor, more protection from elites and more exotic damage reduction. That should also help to be less squishy.
