Oh. daesu

agent provocateur
Curious whether players run different agents in this game.

Was starting to have three to try to focus on the three different skill wings. Though supplies are only for one specific wing, so you still spend and specify active skills later.

Yeah its good to have second characters for the extra dailys but other than that you can always store gear pieces and change skills for whatever your feeling at that time. Its the beauty of The division is how easy you can adjust your style of play

Ah, ok. I'm usually a bit of an alt-oholic in most games Guess I'm better off getting one to the cap first.

I have a friend who is a huge Guild Wars 2 player and he came over to my place to try out Division. It didn't offer him the amount of customization when it comes to things like crafting, skills and class selection which Division doesn't offer at all. And it's not suppose to offer that. I tried my hand at GW2 and although I like it a lot, it is huge, a humongous huge game. I don't think people that played that thing for 5 years straight can say that they are experts on all levels. So for me the division works. It has guns. It has crafting and you can customize it to some degree. That's all I need. I agree with @YorkshireMyers , besides grinding for extra phoenix credits with daily missions you don't really need another agent.

Guild Wars 2 what a game that was! Remember going through the map doing all the side missions (hearts lol) and trying to 100% the map completion for that little star next to your name. Back on topic, The Division is a very unique game and I'm looking forward to the first DLC are you?

But you can do the daily challenge missions more than once each day. You cannot do them on hard mode more than once, but is it really worth getting another character up to level 30 for an extra 15 Phoenix credits?

That seems crazy to me.

well, it is 60+ credits a day with one character doing all 3 dailies..or 120+ credits a day with 2 characters...seems kinda worth it

Right but are phoenix credit character specific or account specific? Meaning does each character have their own phoenix credits?

i have been told by others that the phoenix credits are account based, not character based. im not sure myself yet, my other character is only level 6 right now :)

Sure wish that you could encounter other gamers in the world outside of the DZ and safehouses, like you can in Destiny. Community event types of things, random assists, etc...

Phoenix credits are account based meaning all characters share the same pool.

I just got my second character to 30 and am loving it. Part of the reason for an alt was for the extra dailies. Really did it to have different characters and builds so I can easily switch characters if the team needs say a healer or tank or etc especially since I play with a couple different group of friends and the group composition is always a little different. Plus, trying to remember which pieces/gear goes with which build and constantly switching just sounds like such a hassle.

Yeah, but that is on top of the time to get another character to level 30.

I mean, unless you are looking to buy EVERY blueprint, it's not that hard to get the phoenix credits for what you need.

To each their own and if you have the time to do it, great. I just think between doing the dailies, running the easier challenge missions more than once when they come up, and hitting the DZ bosses, there are plenty of Phoenix credit farming opportunities already.

Yeah, it is generally how i like Alts.  Though takes longer to get to cap if you don't focus. Guess i should focus on one first. :)

It's still new. I think they have hinted at other cities which could mean other new things. It is f2p, so they need extra things for the extra $.
