Dwarven Lord Under The Mountain
I'm sure many are working on this but I've started to gather information and have started work on an Airsoft Loadout/Cosplay for a Division Agent. Feel free to post your photos/progress/source material links here and show off your crafting skills!!

I initially started by modifying my Moto360 smart watch with a generic SHD digital watch face. Next up the most iconic item perhaps...that yellow Dark Zone biohazard bag.

As chance would have it I spotted some cylindrical containers made of expanded polystyrene at work. At approx 6" wide they looked almost perfect size for what I needed, by adding two of them together they made a 10" x 6" cylinder.

Looked online and bought a roll of heavy duty biohazard bags from a Health & Safety website - 100 bags for just under £6.00! Then by the use of a black plastic bin liner to encase the polystyrene cylinder first, I secured with black electrical tape, folding the biohazard bag so it was narrow enough and wrapping it around the centre of the cylinder, just leaving the ends showing the black bag. This also was secured with black electrical tape around the ends and along the seam to ensure it didn't move.

Straps! - Black 20mm/1" webbing strap by the meter/yard from a local hardware store (in my case a B&Q) who also sell rope etc the same way...which we'll need later. Same store sells nylon buckles and strap ends. Webbing was 0.94p per meter, nylon buckles were £2 for a pack of two.

Now, I need to improve the strapping and perhaps by military grade webbing and buckles online or from local Airsoft supplies shop but for now this will do....

Next up another iconic item, the electronic shoulder strap gadget ... as LUCK would have it ... I spotted someone advertising a 3D printed version complete with LED's!! A little expensive at £40 but, I think, just so spot on and perfect as its got to be worth getting. I've asked permission and he's alright with me showing his work and "advertising" him...although he's pretty backlogged with orders now.

He's on the closed group UK Airsoft Community - Peter Csaki

Now, admire his work! 4x LED's powered by AAA batteries.

Should you wish to enquire about buying one of these I can supply his email address.

*UPDATE*

Bag has arrived from China. Its a square cross draw type in OG, although other developments are going to have to wait a month or so (having to save up for the family vacation in August) I might still manage one or two small items to add to the build over June.

Essential base layers and other parts pretty much sorted now:

Softshell jacket

jeans or combat trousers

Desert combat boots

Neck gaiter

Fast Helmet

sunglasses

DZ "sack"

Various combat pouches

Armoured elbow pads

Armoured gloves

Drop leg MOLLE mounting point with ammunition pouches

Small hatchet

....

Still to obtain or work out and craft:

SHD arm patch (going to get one made, two options though orange or white)

Armoured kneepads (I had a pair last year, hated using them so sold them....stupid me!!)

The various "Gizmos" that hang from the back pack ... I mean what IS that round thing?

Various D-loops, rope coils and other dress items to hang off the pack

Drop leg pistol holster.

BODY ARMOUR! (I have a full set but its too bulky for this, its an actual US issue vest in ACU so I need to buy a light set)

.....think that's it apart from actual weapons....

I have now found two suppliers for custom SHD arm patches now, I'm just waiting to hear from one regarding payment methods (I'd rather not use PayPal for small values!).

Now the choice...fully embroidered or thermal imaged vinal patch?

Some reference screen captures from my Agent to help model the backpack on...mainly its the attachments I'm interested in replicating.

Actually, the original is not that big. The base is wider as it isn't that square, however the size is similar. It looks bigger since a lot of gear is stuck onto the outside.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking to be honest. No idea why they chose cross draw packs...have they never tried to use one for any length of time!? Anyway, I'm rummaging for pouches over the next few days, I have some here at home I can add but I think the bulk of the "furniture" is made up of those gizmos ... I will have to see about fabricating many from scratch or bypassing completely. For example Camelbak don't make a water carrier as small as the one shown on the back of the pack (to the right of the white squareish thing) so I will concentrate on building from scratch the white squareish box thing and the plate shaped object ... which I recognise but for the life of me just can't remember what it is in reality.. it extends out, the white wire at the top spools out with it...but I can't remember if they're extending satellite dishes or deploying shaped charges!

*Correction* the main two items shown on the backpack are skill related.

So in this case they will be my healing station and the squareish one I'm guessing is the electronic device relating to the sonar ping skill.

I will change skills in-game and take more screenshots for reference but this does mean I can have an easier time by just adding utility pouches perhaps.
