Advice on is this good and will do till under ground

Hello is this good  for now till under ground  comes out.. I do well in clear sky  and falcon  and heroic  caring box and such  

Or do u think  I need to do more.           Thank you for  any advice

What are you after, buddy? You ought to have a purpose for your build. Do you want tanky or high DPS (to shred enemies)?

Hi I was going  for tanky I do have good set of guns  all my stuff  is 214 as i hate dark zone till under ground  comes im bit stuck  lol  found one 240 will running  with team on heroic mode at event center.

I have similar stats on my main (156k DPS/421k toughness/11.4k skill points) and he tanks pretty well.  I would suggest trying to rework your build so all of your weapon talents are active (looks like 1 is inactive on all 3 weapons), pick different weapons with talents that your build unlocks, or recalibrate the talents that aren't active until you get something you can work with.  

Also, because of the glare in the pic it's hard to tell what set pieces are you working with (chest, mask, pack, gloves, holster) and what's on your HE knee pads?  It's not necessary, but you could include all the stats bonuses and attributes on your set pieces and what (if anything) you've recalibrated on them for us to possibly offer suggestions on things to recalibrate.
