Is the Season pass worth it? Honest opinion

So there has been a lot of hype about the season pass and I just wanted to give my opinion on the main reason why I think it is 100% worth it. 

thats all my reasons but what I wanted specifically to talk with you guys about is the "time line" in a way. 

So ive brought a lot of season passes over the years I play the game, run out of things to do get a new game maybe even 3 or 4 new games, then the content comes out for a game I haven't played in ages and I'm not longer interested in. This isn't going to be the case with the division. We get the game in March, we get an update with new stuff a month later, the month after that another update with new stuff to do then the month after that we get our first bit of paid dlc. There isn't going to be an a chance to get "bored" we will have a steady stream of free content up until the release of the first paid content. For me this is value in itself. Even without that I don't see myself getting bored of it anyway but at the same time knowing there's always going to be something to do in between release and dlc is great. 

Obviously all all the extras and the dlc itself are great value for money but the fact we have constant content gives real "worth" to purchasing the season pass.

Well that's my opinion anyway, I'm always happy to hear others

My store never advertised this I had to ask them but they did not stock a gold edition so I called up and asked and they told me in my currency the season pass is usually £30 but if I purchase the season pass and the game at the same time the season pass would only cost me £20 and would be basically the gold edition. 

I don't know if other retailers are offering this but I'd say it never hurts to ask.

Good video man, I ordered my gold edition from amazon. with a little bit of luck maybe I'll get it a day early but I'll probably have to wait until the afternoon to install the game.

A grabbed gold right after I played Alpha. Anyone who has played this game I really don't understand how they don't see the potential and where this game is about to go, this game is about to basically change shooters. Siege is still a highly hated game when it is an innovative game and the problems most people have (quote on quote server issues) are the same issues they always try to beat Ubi over the head with, so it sounds more like canned complaints than truth. I own most Ubi games and I have yet to truly say that one of them was a waste of money and not fun.

Time actually seems to have slowed down smh lol

I use to always order mine until I had one not turn up until the day after release so I'm always a midnight launch collection guy now but it would be cool if you got it a day early

Time is unbelievably slow right now. I actually woke up Saturday thinking it was Monday and got upset about it... That's never happened before

Hi All,

I live in UK and got up early this morning to buy The Division. Was just going to buy the game and trade a couple of old games i had kicking around against it.

The nice people at GAME told me it's 49.99. No problem, price as expected. "Do you want the such and such add on?" basically a couple of cosmetic 'uniforms'. "No" say's i "but how much is the season pass?" The nice guys behind the counter told me "It's 29.99, but if your buying the game it's 19.99". They had just tried to sell me 'cosmetics' for £20!

I bought the game and the season pass, with trade in's (£12) it came to £58 total.

Buyer beware! if you haven't bought the game yet and intend to buy it and spend time with it, Ask about the season pass and get a tenner off. I think it's a steal at £19.99.

Oh and those 'cosmetics' they were offering previously for the £20 without DLC, they were in the season pass; Police uniform and the like.

Also if you own Rainbow 6, go grab your cosmetics for free from Ubisoft club.

Now i got to get to level 5 to try out my new Sawn off shotgun from season pass. I would be there already but am waiting for a m8 that finishes work at 3pm to walk him through the game. I'm such a helpful agent.

Never in the DZ though. . . . . . Never!

Sounds like there will be quite a lot of free dlc coming up but that the season pass will cover "some major DLC and expansions" so even having been one of the gold edition purchasers, if you haven't shelled out for the season pass yet, I would say wait and see what's coming first. Destiny absolutely screwed over us release day season pass holders and battefront isn't doing much better. There is plenty of current and coming included content to keep you busy, only thing coming soon for season pass holders from what I hear may be some special events, but personally I think that if someone pays extra for extra content then they should get what they pay for. So up to you mate.

I preordered the $60 game before they announced the season pass because at the time I didn't have $100 bucks kicking around, so well I was playing the Beta I bought a season pass, when the game released I was pre loaded and ready to go and received an email that my Season pass was on delay and I will receive it within the week. Just wondering wasn't there rewards for being a season pass holder on day 1 and I'm wondering if I will lose out on this stuff by having to wait. They told me they would refund me a partial but not to worry because their were no rewards for Day 1. Can any of you guys confirm if you got something special because of the Day 1 season pass reward?
