Is it worth buying the dlcs or should i buy the season pass?  Both the dlcs are 15 euro each and the season pass is 40. 
Also what is about the the last stand? There are only 2 dlcs available right now on Uplay (thats where I have the game) and those are Survival and Underground. Will the 3 one come out?

The Third DLC (Last Stand) I believe will be out Feb/March time. So far both the DLC's have been worth the money. You're best looking at the YouTube videos in this video section for playthrough's of Underground & Survival to see if it adds enough for you to validate spending the money. 

Incursions & other enhancements to the game are all part of the normal gameplay. Season pass gives you two free supply drops as well.
