Cannot Access Heroic Missions

Recently, I've noticed that although being in world tier 5 at 256 gs, I can't access heroic missions. Does anybody know why?

Might be some bugs they're working out.  The group I was running with tried to run some UG last night and when we hit the button in the elevator it didn't do anything.  At the top of the stairs there was a timer saying something about a mission being available in about 19hrs.  I was guessing it was some kind of PS4 maintenance on the UG servers because we all had UG.

Yes, but this is also just any map missions, not just underground. Not sure if they're related or not?

Map missions? Do you mean the incursions or regular missions? The regular missions no-longer have Heroic mode.

Daily reset just happened, and now I have access to the incursion heroic modes, not really sure why I didn't before.  I'm also apperently really stupid, I honestly had no clue they removed the heroics lmao, thanks for telling me! (Can't do UG heroics though, but that might have something to do with my rank

Yeah , you're right, your UG will affect how much you can do.

Good question, haven't really noticed but logically:

World Tier will be reflected in Underground missions i.e. difficulty/level of enemies. 

World Tier will be isolated from Survival ... to an extent. Enemy levels might still be, for example, level 34 but only at such a point that the game deems you "should" be geared up to handle them. Remember that Survival is the ultimate level playing field, as you start with pretty much NO armour, NO skills etc though. 

I haven't looked so I have no idea if core stats such as HP naturally increase as you level up or if its ALL gear based. I cant remember what level they start but enemies in Survival start lower level near your spawn and increase as you get towards the Dark Zone... for example at World Tier 5 they start at level 29 (I think) and go up to level 34.

So, just loading in and running right for the DZ is ... the worse tactic ever!

The tiers still relate to the level of loot and ai. Hard and challenger just provides progressively more loot and more ai. Oh, and there is no heroic in ug.

Survival doesn't have modes. You either queue for group or queue as solo.
