PC Cant Get Out of Brooklyn

My friend and I was playing The Division and we were in Brooklyn and when we finished all of the missions it let us start the cutscene. When the second heli was flying over the bridge, the screen just goes black. We have tried restarting our PC's and leaving the group to try it solo but nothing is working. It started happening when we got an error code Mike c-22-? (i dont remember the whole code) Please Help.

If you screen is going black with an error code then raise a help desk ticket over at the ubisoft soft. 

If you're just stuck in Brooklyn, you need to find a small gate in the fence to get to the helipad. There's a dodgy little map below. And if you search YouTube there'll be a vid somewhere.

If you're just stuck in Brooklyn, go through the gate like Daesu says.

I would verify your game files. It's a quick and easy first step. For uPlay, right click the game then select "Verify files". For Steam, right click the game, select "Properties", then under "Local files" there will be a "Verify integrity of game cache". See if any files fail to validate.

It may be a good idea to contact Ubisoft Support as well. I cannot remember what the Mike errors are for. Pretty sure Delta is connection wise.

Be patient as 1.5 has brought a host of connection/time out errors back that had been put to bed in 1.3. On a similar aspect 80% of the time for me when a Survival session ends for me I get either a Delta or Mike error and have to reconnect. All my progress is saved etc so its just inconvenient. I don't think the Mike error is linked to your issues but just another unrelated problem.

If you still have issues getting the gate to open for you it might be a reoccurance of an issue from 1.1 where players were effectively trapped. The exit gate was "lit" up BUT when you approached it, it went "dead" and you couldn't exit to the helipad. 

It was resolved but if its come back will need to be reported to the official forums.
