I was successful with another work around. Maybe it will work with someone else too. Start out by launching Division 2 like normal. Let it error out on the Oscar 03. then hit A for OK and let it go back to main logon of Division 2. Leave Division 2 up, do not close it down. Then go to Xbox settings , then your network settings and Go Offline. Then Go Online and go back into Division 2 and try to logon then. I worked for me the first time. Hopefully it will work with for you guys. Good Luck.
I have been having the same problem, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game factory reset my system I have done everything I can thing of but I still get that and I really would like get back and keep going on my invasion mission and work on my build
