After this 1.4 patch i have lost all my gun skins that i had in my storage? And the one`s i have in my back pack dont show.... What happened...?

They no longer take up inventory space . So they're like clothes now. You should still have access to them when you're modding.

Also, if you want the same skin on 1/2 dozen weapons, you can do that as long as you have rhe skin and you don't need 6 copies of the skin.
