Get it via the blueprint vendor.

Props to Skillup for finding it.  It is due to come out with the Survivor update (post 1.4) but somehow made it on to the BTS.  Check out the DMG and RoF.  A few mods and the stability is sorted out.

7xx PXC at the blueprint vendor in the Terminal.  Get it before it rotates out.

How the feck are all your gats 100k+ base DPS?!?!

All the 229's I have are struggle to be over 70k base DPS even with all talents active. *sulking*

Is it just due to your high Firearms skill? (though surely that isn't part of BASE DPS figure is it??)

Yep, base DPS is heavily linked to Firearms and in the PTS, each bit of kit ads at least 148 minimum with the holster adding 800 --> 1,000 (as it has 3 stats.  Add the base of just over 500 you start with and you get at least 2,240 before adding via gear and gear mods.  Two bits of extra gear spec'd in to firearms and you could get over 4k easily.  If I got the lvl 3 blue prints and rolled some ok gear mods I could hit the 3800 on all three stats and unlock the top tier of all talents :12_slight_smile: .  A very rounded Agent but does not excel in any particular job.  The DPS calc currently assumes 100% headshots hence the marksman rifle DPS being so high.

Just completed underground solo on challenge mode.  It does scale to number of agents and was not that difficult.  Don't think I went below 1.5 health bars using the turret and never needed overheal.  It is also not because I am super l33t (coz I'm not), it is just very doable with a decent (not highly tuned mind you) 229 Agent.

@RimBlock was right, they did include the headshots in week two:
 

from my post on PTS Week 2 changes:

DPS calculation has been changed to be closer to the old formula, without accuracy and considering a 100% headshot rate. Note that this formula is still Work in Progress.
