Trying to decipher what you're asking, is this a question on DPS?

Well everything cause I have trouble with groups my drops are for dps or armor

Should your drops be High End before you reach 30?  Yes, some should be.  Especially against named targets.  ...or at least they were waaay back in the day.

I understand now.  It's been so long that I don't removed if I was getting HE drops before I hit lvl 30.  I'm currently working on an alt, but she's only lvl 12 so she's a ways from getting HE drops.  Also, if you got HE drops, you'd have to wait until you hit lvl 30 because they should have a lvl 30 pre-req to equip them.

I was levelling an alt recently with a friend running S&D missions and confirm the rewards were high end but level 24 (my alts level at the time) so HE gear doesn't have to be level 30 to be used

edit: I think this was a bug though and could of been patched by now, (it happened last week)

@MurphDog6 Good info to know.  I'm probably a ways from getting to HE with my alt.  I'm looking to unlock my survivor link and then I want to work on DZ while I'm still low level and can try it on a little easier level.

I had a little run around when I was level 19 in the dz and got to rank 13 or so. Going rogue at those levels is fun! Although you can instantly tell in a battle of you are fighting with an agent on their 1st play through or an agent with an alt!
