Hamish said in the stream that it's a known bug that they're currently working on.  I think it's safe to say that they'll have a HotFix out tonight, or tomorrow at the latest, and that should be fixed (judging off of history).

 
Have you completed Clear Sky yet?  I'm pretty sure the fast travel doesn't unlock on the Incursions until you beat them.  Same thing happened with Falcon Lost, if I remember right.
This is correct. If you have not beat it, you cannot fast travel to it.

I did find the update a little buggy. I had to start my game about 10 times before it would load. I also got dropped from the game twice while in the DZ. The hit detection also seems like they did something to it. I have my crosshairs right on guys and no damage is registering sometimes. This is both outside and inside the DZ, so I don't think it is a lag issue.

 
My UI is also completely screwed. I can't see any of the numbers if I click on anything, they're all jumbled up and mixed with other stats. I don't know if something is good or bad when I'm modding. Also, I can no longer scroll the map with a left mouse click, the only way to do it is with the WSAD keys and it's incredibly slow. So they've fixed bugs and replaced them with bugs that almost make this unplayable. I hope they sort it soon. 

 
Yep another win for there testing team personally i think they should let a few gamers test it first as clearly they cannot spot a bug like 

 
Plus side, no issues for me with UI at all. Only graphic glitch noted was on exit from one of the safe houses all the vehicles appeared completely silver...but it was only that immediate area. 

So far a good solid patch for me but obviously other PC builds are having problems. 

 
Its only pc restarting just solves the issue until you try to do anything with inv then its back again its only on inv not on stash map is completely screwed and chat is useless not that i used it much had to turn off the voice over as it just repeats over and over i was really looking forward to this but now its just pointless.

Content is important but if they cannot get the basics right then whats the point its clear to me that massive has to stop firefighting and start planning as this game will be dead and buried in a few months even before there paid dlcs 

 
I play on PS4 and have had some issues with search and destroy machines and HVT/HRT.

going to a marked location for S&D mission to find enemys are behind a closed door and can shoot you through it but you cannot damage them. (Fix was to die and respawn at safe house and return. Enemies now outside)

Twice I have arrived at HVT areas to find no enemys appear when the countdown to clear the area begins. (Fix again was to kill myself with grenades then spawn in fresh and return)

When completed 3 S&D missions return to the safe house to collect rewards. Receive Intel tokens but no weapons (happened on several occasions randomly)

Issues with some serious lag when viewing the map and longer loading screens when entering dz etc. (Putting this down to server traffic and should resolve itself)

bullet delay from shooting target to seeing value of damage appear on screen (Lag, again server issue I think)

A lot of new stuff has arrived in game for us and it is a bit buggy at the minute hopefully a deployed hot fix will smooth it out.

 
Played a good amount on XB1 yesterday and had almost no issues at all. Did notice at about 7:00 EST that the DZ got a bit laggy but at that time I just assumed it was due to high amount of people logging on and playing. So far IMO it has been a great update. 

 
Search and destroy not popping up in the area that I cleared all the missions side missions and encounters! Don't understand why! And no dailys again

 
I had some minor issues on xbox one.  My little cheater line to get to areas on the map (The yellow brick road as we call it) would not toggle on.  Made it a bit of a pain going after the HVT's.  Also I was unable to mark things in my inventory as junk in order to sell or deconstruct in mass quantities.  Very minor stuff, not a gamebreaker.  We did do one HVT that the boss did not drop loot and the screen had the "Mission Completed" pop up but we got no rewards.  That was a let down.  All in all not too bad though.  

Biggest disappointment was the fact that in the patch notes they said they were fixing the bug that affects people not being able to fully unlock their medical wing.  I am one of those unfortunate people.  They did not fix it.  My med wing is still sitting at 90% complete and replaying the mission that I never got credits for didn't work.  So I am still stuck with only being able to use three talents instead of four and any skills I use from med wing totally suck because they aren't "mastered"  Pulse damage lasts about 2 seconds.  Booster shot lasts about 2 seconds and gives me about a half of one bar of health.

Pretty much all those issues are server side related. Missions delaying in repopulating, Ai slow to respond and trigger when you enter the appropriate areas etc. Sounds like they got a massive hit on server requirements last night!! 

The 3 S&D missions and no real drops...I did get that but I repeated a couple of them immediately and got drops fine...so that might just be a matter of rolling 1's or not praying to RNGeesus enough.
