Well, for mine he never even saw me...he spawned and was too far to see me and I ended up creeping up behind him to within about a foot and blowing his brains out with my 12 bore.

Oh, he saw me. even had unidad reinforcements (copter). which was strange considering I thought he was rogue with the intitial dead unidads.

 
Well, I got this guy. It's true that he 1-shot me. lmao.

Anyway, is this the only Yeti available that I have to run over many times for TF Challenge?

 
He spawns in 2-3 different hill top locations, all in the same area though. If he's at the further spot, he might not even spot you at all. So it's easier to creep on him. 

Sometimes a Santa Blanca backup helicopter will arrive, or Unidad. Which is really weird, but that can happen.

 
Santa Blanca and Unidad... protecting endangered and potentially mythical native Bolivian creatures since 2016...

(because that "roar" certainly wasn't from that sniper!)

 
Honestly, first time killing El Yeti about a week ago, when I posted the video, the roar is what had me so unprepared. I imagined some beast about to run at me or some shit lmao.

I still hold hope they'll put an actual yeti in the game, even as just one of the non-interactable creatures...but my hopes are fading after the forum Q&A
