SO me and a handful of other casual gamers have some not so happy thoughts on the division, but this is for all of you who find yourself angry at the game as I have found myself at one point. See I don't grind hard in this game I have other responsibilities that do not allow for this, but to me if you begin to get mad at the game and take that same frustatration out on your family than perhaps you should step away from the game either turn it off or get rid of it, go do something to clear your head and remember it is just a video game,

See me I stay out of the darkzone because in my opinion I hate it, it is not for me so I usually just spend time doing search and destroy I honestyl don't even bother with the weekly challenge if its tied to the darkzone in anyway those 30 phoenix credits are not worth the pain of the darkzone....

But sometimes ,even though my conscience is telling me no,  I venture into the darkzone and will run into the largest of all trolls... so I get pissed I want revenge. what do I do ... honestly I leave the darkzone its not worth the pain if someone is going to try and own me in a video game I don't bother its not worth the time to me...

SO sometimes to cool off I find something to do to release the adrenaline and rage... for me its driving my car and no I'm not talking about a mustang GT no those are slow to slow for me

I bought a NIssant GTR not to long ago and I love it, it has plent y of room for me and the fam. and it goes stupid fast....

I'm also blessed to have some country roads near me and open roads to let her loose... so I go drive fast on empty roads and just let it all go than  go home and look at the division and laugh because that same guy who is trolling people is still trolling while I had a real life not in virtual reality world adrenaline experience

So to all the gamers who get royally pissed with the game go find your escape from the rage the Darkzone and the Division may incur on you. be free form the stupidiy of a video game

Remember its just a video game and you don't have to play a lot of it  if you don't have to... and if a video game requires you to grind hours on hours just to get some decent gear than why bother at all... go play Halo everyone starts the same and its essentially map control skill that makes you good not having some kneepads that boost your power.

The division is a game I can only stomach for 4 hours tops a day if that even after that it gets old and repetitive.

Now if you spend more time than this on the game cool I don't care about you since we will never be in the sae lobby most likely you will be in the darkzone trolling...

But the rest of us we are on land the darkzone is Ocean and the sharks cant bite if your on land right just stay out of it and saty away from the division all together for a like most of the day like the whole day and only play like an hour or 2 and you will enjoy the game more... trust me if you play in small portions you will find it more fun... forget marathon gaming or playing 5 plus hours that's not the casul gamer style it will wear on you and you will begin to get sucked into a world that doesn't exist and miss out on all the nice outside the house things...

Just some advice from someone who has gotten tired of trolls and found a viable solution rather then ruin the darkzone for them.. hell let them have the darkzne and make that shit even harder for them I'm saying level 40 enemies on them and see how they fair when no easy targets exist lol oh well not my concern how the darkzone does I don't go in when I can.

But for the rest of the non hardcore dudes lets just enjoy the game when we can and not be caught in the slump of hours on hours of playing to realize you mde zero progress in life... like seriously some of us may need to take a freaking shower I know I do.

Well that's it for now bros see you when I see you.

You don't want to go into dark zone. You don't like the dark zone.

You won't go into the dark zone.

Whenever you are thinking about going into the dark zone, you will get up, get your car keys, and simply say "honey, just going down to the shops" even though it might be 3 in the morning.

When i count to three, you will awaken and not go into the dark zone.

One, two, there...

Never heard of someone referring to a GTR as having plenty of room for the family....

It seems that the post from the OP is far more positive than the post title suggests … should be “Why you should leave the Dark Zone”.

It prompted me to write something long winded that I may or may not post though … lol!

Yep.. same suggestion I give to everyone struggling with parts of the game.. join The Division channel on Discord and get plugged in with the 1500 or so people online. Hundreds active at one given time. You can plug in to a solid group fairly easily and get gear and solid strategies in short order

Well I have a 5 year old so she fits fine behind me since I like to sit closer to the steering wheel, I  have a small family so its perfect, but yea man whenever I get pissed at this game I just go for a drive and it unwinds me so much you know, this game really has a way of getting under your skin in a bad way.

# in the morning oh god know my cut off time is like 11 pm for this game any longer and I feel like iv invested to much time I a video game that gets me nowhere.

Though I feel like people do this they wont go in but find themselves in there and its like ugggh thi is the cycle I wish to break from the game the constant people running into the darkzone and feeding the trolls, let the Trolls have their dark zone let it be crazy hard but let them have it I say F it don't change the darkzone just make it harder, as for the rest of us we go and enjoy the outside the darkzone world , and not bother being stabbed in the back.

LOL no its not that hard to get the kid in iv got it down since she can walk and pretty much function on her own lol, but that's not the point of the thread lol though I will enjoy driving it to school today... yes I still go to college as well its never a bad idea if you can do it go and do it leaenring more is always a great opportunity... though I do get some weird looks when people see me in a GTR going to school lol I'm like no I'm not super rich just know how to resource my finances enough to afford some luxuries in life... people automatically assume I'm rich because I drive one I'm like actually they are cheap in comparison to other cars iv beaten like the lambo and the Ferrari dusted both brands... but I mostly get mustangs and comaros and dudes in Evo  or a WRX trying to race me ... the most popular is those dumb challengers always rolling up next to me and I'm like dude I'm just trying to get to mcdonalds lol.

When The Division get's me upset or buddies are not online to tag with I just take a step back like you mention and play my other games like Deadpool or stuff like I feel a lot better afterwards

Rule of thumb of gaming is that when you feel sick of it, you have to step back and play other game for a while a.k.a take a break from the said game.

If you don't want to come back to the said game or really get sick of it, then that means it's time to sell it away.

I can't say that I've gotten too mad at this game, or the DZ, or the dicks that periodically jump me.  I probably play 30+ hours a week and, while I wouldn't call it fresh at this point, it is still compelling and fun.  It helps to have some good people to play with, and find what you like.  If you know the DZ is going to upset you, then just don't go in.  The underground area gives good gear, as do the weekly HVTs, the Incursions, even regular missions on Challenging or Heroic, and everyone in those things are working for the same goal.  I've seen an uptick in decent blueprints available in the BoO since the 1.3 patch, so you really can make a more-than decent build without ever setting foot in the Dark Zone if you are patient and focused.

I think that if any of your gaming needs some kind of cathartic activity to recover from, then it's time to re-think your gaming.  I relax BY playing The Division, not FROM playing The Division.

That said, I spent my time last night failing Falcon Lost on Heroic, successfully hijacking an extraction and running out my Manhunt clock, so my opinion on the DZ may be a bit different. :14_relaxed:
