is my armor bugged?? the more i add the less my mitigation is..the more i take away my mitigation goes up..is this happening to anyone else

why is my armor mitigation lower with more armor and higher with less armor

Mitigation: 54.9% (+0.57%)
Looking at the numbers, I'm guessing there's some kind of issue. Have you tried equipping & uneqipping the item causing the change a couple times to make sure it's not just a visual glitch? Also, did you possibly have a skill active or were you under the effect of a status effect? If none of the above fixes the issue I'd suggest posting the pics on the official Ubi forum for the game.

no heals or status effects as i was in the base..how would i post to the official forum
