Once he is rogue. Though the delay seems fairly minimal now. So I guess you should start shooting. ( It was 5 seconds.)

Oh, ok. wasn't sure. I'm at the laggy end of the globe. I used to hear it (5 secs) but now I'm being shot first and the might hear it later.

OK, just now, I was shot, then heard the rogue announcement.  AND when I re-spawned, the rogue was an agent (not rogue) - so there are still hackers out there also.  As I never have anything its just an annoyance.  But 7334 (old pager stuff) rogues are rogues for a long time....

So if you see LMAO-C, run.

Actually I've noticed that too. Though not being shot at. Just hear the notification, then nothing on the hud or map. Like a glitch. Thought it was kinda weird considering you typically need to be in the immediate vicinity to hear it. Seems to be more of a recent thng.
