Question for the community: What aspect(s) of the game do you think need to be addressed most heavily in the coming month prior to the launch of The Division?

Color blindedness assistance. I have a hard time distinguishing red and green.

Blue and yellow would work!

I had too much difficulty aiming or shooting when they would charge close to me. Maybe I just need practice
You play on a console am I right?

As for what I think they need to work on, the Dark Zone, balancing it. Ways to stop trolling and exploiting.

well, hopefully they will address the hacking....oops i mean fix the exploits that popped up in the dark zone. also I know they have a "love tab" dynamic for accidentally shooting someone in the DZ, but i think that needs a little bit of an increase..maybe like a few more hits, over 10 hits then you know they are trying to kill you. and maybe a temporary invulnerability when you enter the DZ to combat door camping   More  AI mobs in PvE and PvP. roaming Mobs would be cool. thats all i can think of at the moment.

Apparently I was wrong, there are people hacking. I haven't seen it but DIR3 posted a pretty compelling animated gif in another thread.

I, personally, think that the DZ needs a lot of change prior to launch. Whether it is the super low threshold for going rogue, or the severe lack of PvE content, there are a lot of things to get frustrated about when it comes to the DZ.

I'm hoping there could even be some in between for people who shot someone on accident. Rather than going rogue, they could go 'neutral,' which would mean that if you kill them, neither you, nor they will receive any negative effects.

As far as lack of PvE encounters in the DZ, I found myself very frustrated by the currency in the game, there was too little dropped by NPCs, and far too few of them up at one time to really get any real progress in this area. I played with @Dirtyb0mbz yesterday, and we ran around for the better part of an hour trying to get a couple hundred more credits. That was rough.

That being said, I love this game and I can't wait to see where this all ends up!!!!!!

Lacking how? I wonder if close combat will become more viable once we have more skills to work with.
I think the punching in CQC should do a lot more damage than it currently does. I don't know if it'd be as realistic, but I'd like to be able to punch a level 5 red bar as a level 8 and do more than 1/8 of his health....

The trick with this game's ADS is that it slows down your movement significantly in order to make long distance shots easier. I love it, but it does limit mobility in CQC. I think hip fire is our best bet at this point. Beefing up melee would also be a good option. If we could pull out our sidearm for those situations, that'd be nice too, but the damage is so minuscule, I never use it for anything, let alone the crazy baseball bat/golf club jerks!

I suggest an in between for rogue and ally. Something neutral that would mean if you killed them, neither of you would receive any negative effects. I had a lot of problems with this as well.

I read it somewhere but I cannot for the life of me find it but... supposedly the amount on NPC interactions was scaled down in the DZ for beta to encourage PvP for testine reasons. That said, rogue hunting is a great way to go after DZ$. If you are lucky enough to take down a manhunt that s even better. Also remember, once the DZ chests are active those each hold 1K DZ$.

That's true. However, it was still super grindy. And being solo for a majority of the time made everything that much more difficult.

I agree it's grindy for sure and that's to be expected. Hopefully it will play a bit different when there are more NPCs. Rolling solo is a giant pain in the butt. I know I would just go from Landmark to landmark and try and do as best as I could. If I saw a solo Rogue I'd take em out. I did make my most DZ$ when I was rolling in a full squad with 2 extras. The DZ will never be solo friendly.

Honestly, I think it's for the best that the DZ stays group friendly and solo terrible. It forces cooperation, without requiring it. However, I wish there was a more standard pvp mode that would appeal to the solo player. I feel like solos are left behind in this game.

well, to be honest, i think its "super grindy"  to some aspect,,on purpose. after all, they don't want everyone finishing the game, or obtaining everything in the game in week or less. they want this game to last a long time. at least long enough so they can roll out the DLC in a practical time frame.

Fair point. I see that being fairly reasonable.
