Weapons and Gear guide

Is there a good guide anywhere that lists the weapons by their stats and levels? (level you need to be to use them)

My gear is getting a bit low and I need to upgrade but not sure what to go hunt for.  looking for a guide that will list all the gear and locations to plan up.,
