i made this because i found it so frustrating to constantly fast travel to random safe houses, only to find weapons when i was looking for gear vendors.

As far as I know, the weapon and gear vendors sell the exact same things as the vendors you unlock in the base of operations. I haven't actually looked at a safehouse vendor inventory since I was leveling my main at the games launch, but that's what I remember. I'll check in a bit.
