Rewards Vendor - Was there a PTS reward?

When I first logged into Patch live 1.6 there was a message that flashed up concerning a reward at the Rewards Vendor.

I kept going thinking I could just check out the rewards vendor later on. However, I could not see anything listed later. Was there a PTS reward or something?

When and checked out the Rewards Vendor (now where the equip mod vendor was in the BoO) and nothing...

I thought I saw this too when I first logged in on PS4, I just assumed I was mistaken when I couldn't actually find a reward at the vendor.

Yet I got a message saying I had a reward for 1.6/
