Perhaps I'm uninformed, but nothing has been said about rotating blueprints. That assumption was made after two blueprints were removed, but we don't know that there wasn't other reasons. I'd be very happy to be corrected on this however.

I believe as Xeromaus mentioned that this was just assumed since the two from last week have been replaced. I do believe I've heard that the DZ Vendors will switch out every Friday just like the Special Gear Vendor in your B.
but there has been no mention of a "rotation" per say. Just new ones each week. So there is no guarantee that the M1A is coming back.
