Tactical ACR blueprint (can't find one)

Hey guys. Would you know where I can find a tactical ACR blueprint? It used to be sold by the Phoenix Creditors only vendor in the DZ. Went I went to check today, his stock was very small and n ot for sale anymore.  Tried also in the base of operations.

Unfortunately the stock and blueprints the vendors sell rotate (timer located in top left corner of vendor menu) you can either wait till it comes back and get it or I would advise running the dz now as all named bosses drop a guaranteed HE item, you could just get lucky and drop it! I dropped my HE tactical ACR and I prefer it to the HE BMAK74 because of the high fire rate. Good luck buddy!
