Stuck in tutorial

No, not because I don't know what I'm doing. I got a freaking error code Mike right after I finished the rescue the Precinct objective and got to the cut scene with me and the Asian lady getting blown apart beside the helicopter. Once I finally managed to log back on I was in the tutorial area with just the Precinct mission available to me (showing it was already completed) and nothing else. How the heck do I get out of here now that the game bugged during the cut scene that's supposed to take me to Manhattan? 

Not a good start.

I have also been caught in this trap but was caused by some one i was matchmaking with leaving. The mission was showing as completed but I cannot repeat or move on from the tutorial zone. After restarting my game hoping it would push me forward the mission has now gone. I have tried replaying the Precinct objective to try and force it to appear again but there is nothing even though i get the voice over telling me about the next quest to move to Manhattan.

I got it fixed. Thanks for your response.

I've posted a video that'll show you exactly where to go so that you can re-trigger the cut scene and fly out of Brooklyn. Start the video from 33:30 onward and do the exact same thing and you'll be able to go through the cut scene again (no need to re-do the Precinct mission). Good luck!

I ran into this last night after getting the game and am still stuck. I even replayed the precinct mission on hard. 

*Edit* figured it out...really need to fix this issue with an indicator showing where the player should go but besides the video here is a write up:
