striker set 4pc gear bonus not working

So I have 4pc of the striker set and the 4pc gear bonus has lit up. But im not noticing any extra damage done to enemies. Also when I look at my DPS, the # isn't higher or declining over time. it literally is exactly the same. ANY HELP???????

have you tried it in the shooting range in the b.o.o. or just on enemies?

Only on enemies, ill try the shooting range now

mine seems to work.  when i shoot straight.  it's so easy to poop your bonus down the drain on that set.
