Ugh,  anyone have any ideas?    I  can't call in a choppah ( stash full ), and my stash back at any  safe house/s are completely empty !  

Any suggestions ?  Sounds like I'm bugged.  :*(    THX ! ! !

Your stash might be empty, but when you go to the stash there is another tab for your extracted items. That can only hold 30. You have to move those to your inventory, stash, or deconstruct them.
