Firearm mods stuck in stash

Has anyone else had mods removed from weapons in the stash and then they can't be put back into the inventory. I wasn't sure if there is a trick or glitch ? 

 
Yes. I've also had gear mods removed from my currently equipped items ex. mask, knee pads, etc. Hopefully this is taken care of in this new update.
