Is it me or has it been the same stuff for the last three weeks. Trying to piece together a striker gearset but it's the same old same old every week

I haven't really olayed since NMS dropped, with the exception of picking up my end of month supply drops for my toons.  I'm wondering if they're not making changes while they plan for the fans to visit them and while they work out 1.4.  I haven't heard whether or not there was a SotG following the one after their holiday break, so it seems the last works out of Massive were the devs admitting the game is broken and they don't know exactly where to go from here.

Oh, that and them saying that they're pushing the remains DLC so that everyone will be lucky if we get Last Stand before the end of this year.

There were changes to the inventory: a 204 firearms something got replaced with a 204 stamina something, and power level 32 performance mod is available again, but the 214 gear set blueprints and weapon kit blueprints seem to be unchanging.  I have one character that gets all the blueprints and one that doesn't, and it is impossible to tell what inventory movement there is if you already have whatever is on offer over a couple of weeks.  The UG blueprints didn't even change, it is just that the prices wiggle around +/- a few Phoenix each week.

I honestly think whatever effort the can still muster to their broken experiment is being focused on collecting info to prep for the upcoming fan summit and eventually 1.4.  I think that since they pushed back the DLC release timetable, they need to make some serious changes or fixes (I'd say at least 2-3 big things) or they're going to risk alienating the remainder of the game's fan base.

That being said, it's possible that some of the rotating items (like stock and possibly missions) might not get as much attention.  I don't think they take a lot of effort, but it seems like they manually rotate these items and if they're trying to fix some of the 20+ "Known Issuses" for 1.4 that they might not be rotating stock much for the near future.
