What's going on? Its supposed to be once a week but it's been like every god damned day. Is this a known temporary thing or am i just assed out because i work and can only play nights?

Can't say I've experienced this at all. What message are you getting when attempting to log in? To my knowledge the servers are still shutting down to the normal schedule and I suspect the issue you have isn't this.
