Season Pass

So last month I pre-ordered The Division on the PSN store and I then realized I wanted the gold bundle. I spoke with PSN support and they said there is no way I can upgrade my pre-order. I was wondering if anyone knows if the season pass will be available separately after launch or am I out of luck?

I'm pretty sure it'll be available, maybe only as seperate DLC but you'll be able to purchase those once they get here.

It's available for pre-order on gamestop's website for XB1 and PS4.  It doesn't look like the gold edition gets a discount on the season pass, pretty much just preordering it REALLY early.

I'll probably get the season pass after the game release- perhaps I'll wait until almost the first expansion release.  I think this season pass is going more towards the Battlefield Premium side of a season pass instead of the COD style (slight discount and just trust us).

actually, sometimes they do let you cancel..I had almost the exact same thing happen to me. I wanted the upgraded version of some game, dont remember which one,. I just called them up and said I accidentally ordered the wrong version, that i wanted the more expensive version. and they let me cancel and get the right version. if it involves them getting more money, they most likely will do it for you

I would hope you could ugrade to Gold Edition. My question would be if the Season Pass includes the same perks as the Gold Edition. Like do you get access to the exclusive monthly events if you end up just buying standard and then buy the season pass or is that just for gold edition players.

I talked to PSN support and they said there isn't a way to upgrade to gold so I'm just gonna wait and buy the season pass separately after launch assuming they have it for sale

That is a bummer. I will be preordering Gold Edition on my next payday. I'll be doing it through Amazon as well since they have that 20% off new games promo for Prime members. It'll be nice to get the season pass for $20 cheaper.
