Season Pass Rewards Non-Existant

Great idea! Problem is, we're well past one week since the game's been released and I have yet to receive anything related to my season pass purchase... At this point (being at level 30) I could care less, I'm just worried about what I'll be missing in the future.

You have to download the content. For example on Xbox hit the start button on the game so it brings up the screen that says manage game, go into that and you should find to the right an option that says there's more content to download. Did this the other night and got the shotgun which is crap and the Origins outfits.
That's not the way it works on the PS4. You just enter the code and your stuff should be there. It's worked fine with my preorder code and my the Agent Origins outfits code. There was no code for the season pass but it does show me that it was installed, so beats me.,,
Yes I have PS4 and had to download my season pass content and then go to the rewards vendor in-game to get it all. Never have I seen a sawed off shotgun. Now today, all of the clothing content is totally GONE from my inventory!!! Besides that, there is nothing available from the rewards vendor, zero, zip...wtf is going on?

on the ps4, bought both the game and season pass about a week ago. managed to get the season pass clothing but did not get the sawed off shotgun or the skins for weapons. kind of annoying that this is still an issue. any idea when and if this will be fixed?
