Season Pass Rewards Non-Existant

I have not been able to locate my sawed-off shotgun in the Rewards Claim Vendor or anywhere in my stash. Any ideas as to why?

 
same here. the first thing i did when i unlocked my base, went straight to the rewards vendor 'nothing to redeem" . i also unlocked a lot of stuff at ubi club and those arent there either. have no clue what gives

 
the is from the division twitter feed..."We are currently aware of this issue and are investigating. Thank you."... seems to be an issue with PC and they are working on the problem

 
I'm on PS4. When I hit Manhattan on the top right of the screen messages starting popping up with all the rewards.

But I haven't made it to the base of operations yet because...well...life.

Hoping to play more later today.

 
I'm playing on Xbox One and I'm having a similar issue. I got my sawed-off, but not all the outfits. I think I got the Season Pass Exclusive Outfits, but none of the others. I've uninstalled and reinstalled them with no result.

 
FYI for those of you who think of uninstalling and reinstalling outfits: DON'T. I wanted to give it one more shot before I let it go and now I can't find the Hunter outfit to reinstall it. So my advice is to just leave it alone and wait for a fix.

 
I'm playing on PS4 and DID NOT receive any of my Season Pass rewards. I did receive all my other rewards (beta, pre-order, ubisoft club). I was really looking forward to that sawed-off shotgun, but now I'm afraid that when I finally do get it, if I even do, it'll be worthless. I've lost faith that I'll even receive any of the monthly season pass rewards too. Wishing I didn't even buy the season pass. I never buy season passes but these rewards (and promises of many more to come) were the clincher in this case. What a scam!

I received an in game message late last night about the reward drops. When I went to the Rewards Vendor afterwards the shotgun and all other items was there for the taking. Hope you received yours by now.

on the first day of  the division  I purchased the season pass with shotgun. the symbol is on my xbox one and error code can you help thank.

 
I am in the same boat as all of you.  Purchased the season pass and no shotgun or origins outfits.  I did receive all of my Ubisoft purchases at the reward vendor but that was it.  I am really hoping that the shotgun and other things end up showing up.

 
I'm now at level 15 and using all blue guns... How effective will this sawed-off shotgun even be at this point? Thanks for nothing Ubisoft!
