It's high time RNG was finally fixed. PVE players would like this game to have the items that are currently locked in the DZ to drop in the PVE world. It's well past time when examining the sheer age of this game. Another title has implemented a guaranteed drop after a certain number of tries. It's either time we were able to buy the exotics we need from certain vendors with currencies we earn in PVE or it's time our drop rates and access to certain exotics were placed in Exotic Lockboxes in PVE from various rewards. At this point one could win the lottery more often than getting an exotic drop in this game.
