If session owner has modifiers off, then LEAVE them off!!!

For the love of god, can you please add this feature into the game. If I wanted modifiers on, I would have turned them on. I do not matchmake (90% of the time) because of this and now I lose a vital aspect (of playing with other players) in this game.

I did my grind to get the journey completed (which completely sucked), now I just want to play the game.
