Hi guys I play on a ps4 have 3 level 30 characters, level 60 dark zone and nearly completed the underground. Recently noticed a marked increase in problems which is impacting game enjoyment.  1.Underground missions seem to have increased in difficulty with a rise in random shotgun runners who rush out of unexpected quarters, which are hard to combat, lost a number of missions where a pair of LMB gunners take out the whole team.  2. The technician on the cleaners has been given a ridiculous boost with fire creating bullets in the specific underground mission directive, but only a couple of hits you are on fire and become totally incapacitated, unable to defend yourself, this seems out of balance with damage meted to them which has little effect. Recently emptied a 60 K 13 round SASG into the head of a yellow technician, who then stood up and killed me with a few bursts of machine gun fire.  3. I have had 6 episodes in the last 3 days where I go on a mission and can not get off the train, dial indicates 100% but will not progress to the train arriving graphic. Have to remove the disc and reboot the character.  4. Had 4 missions where we arrive at the gate for the next phase of a multi mission and it will not open and so we lose the mission and have to reboot to another character or my original gets returned to the mission ground at the train arrival point. 5.Any one else had problems with spontaneous bleeding episode when not in combat that neither med kit or adrenaline shot will stop and you die?? 6. Bleeding episodes have been given a big rise in occurrence and severity, hard to fight when the first bullet causes bleeding and the world goes black. 7.The graphics are horribly out of sync, this morning all of my team mates were not visible for most of a mission, and in several battles neither were the enemy. This was really weird like playing when you are drunk.  8. Change guns but the new choice will not work, have to change back and forth to get one to fire.

These problems will not stop me playing the game, love it, great fun just get a bit peeved with issues that make the game a bit less user friendly.

The UG missions not loading when the train stops is a Known Issue at Ubi, but tbey don't have an ETA or workaround for this, so it's keep doing what you're doing.

Underground mission interaction

Type of bug: Gameplay
Name of the bug: Underground mission interaction
Description: We are aware of issues when interacting with the train to start an Underground Operation, or the door to exit one after completing it.
Current status: Under Investigation
As for the rest of your comments, sounds like they're either ninja nerfing again or they're working on making some changes to possibly set the table for some bring else.  I haven't heard of any SotG since the one about 2 weeks back when Hamish came out and admitted the game is broken and that they're not sure if and when they'll get it fixed, so I'm not sure what they're working on.

Went back to basics, played a couple of early solo missions with fog of war and mad skills, so much fun, everything worked well, no issues, no mad bleeding or catching on fire from a few incendiary rounds, all of my guns crossed over and fired easily, not exactly a challenge but still just great fun. Why I liked the underground and the division in general. When I redid the original 30 levels to qualify characters, the early levels were the best, as the enemies got tougher it lost balance around the time the top Rikers became almost invincible and in unbelievable numbers and the chubby bomber in cop gear had an inexhaustible supply of hand grenades, best count was 14 successive grenades in one long battle. I had 4 main ones, whoopee. Then they threw in the LMB, so much bullshit fighting them, not a part of the division I recall with much joy. Don't overcomplicate it, perhaps invent new enemies with some nuances. Different street gangs, militia movement intent on bringing in justice, some home grown terror cells hiding in the underground or some underworld crime syndicate muscling in to claim new territory for them.

I think new innovations for the agent to keep pace would not be out of place. 1.Perhaps a gunsmith supplier where for a price you can revamp your weapon statistics more so than recalibrating, perhaps fit up for a new barrel, better sighting, higher velocity ammunition, less rebound, less rise when firing, energy modules like the gear which increase firing rate, damage statistics, RPM for more lethal impact.    2. Technical innovation like grenade launcher, target finding, more weapon slots so I can change to an SMG , assault rifle and shot gun to cover more situations. 3. More grenades and more variety, higher firing rate/longer lasting periods, for the sticky bomb, the seeker mine and the turret. Recently I was in a group fighting the LMB and they fired 12 grenades in 6 seconds and wiped out our entire team, including some that go round corners and blow you up in a corridor where you were sheltering at the time. I can throw 1 at a time.

Playing a hard level mission not challenging or heroic, our entire team was wiped out by one yellow LMB shot gun guy who was fired on by 3 of us coming up stairs, took out 2 teammates, I dived down another stair set and into a corridor, 1st aid kit and adrenaline shot, I hit him coming up to the corridor with 3 assault rifle bursts then the entire 13 shots of a 229 SASG 64K shot gun and he just walked past me and shot me once and gameover. I am 246 level points with 445,000 tough points at full health and could not stop this guy, NO BALANCE to aspects of this game, UTTER BULLSHIT.

@yamxt600 lots of good ideas, but I think there's some issues with 1 & 2.

#1: This was how GR:FS worked and it's how Wildlands will work, so I'm all for it.  However, it would require recoding a lot of the game to handle the variables associated with each gun.  GR:FS allowed you to swap out barrels, gas pressure, trigger mechanisms and then you could hit the shooting range (same area) and test how undergassing and swapping to a burst trigger could make a dancing AR manageable.  This all sounds like it will be part of Wildlands, but I just don't see them doing it for the Division.

#2: Having more than 3 weapon slots (primary, secondary, sidearm) just seems a little too arcadey.   While there are near-future elements to the game, they're going for a more realistic approach and you'd be hard pressed to find an operator that carries three weapons (primary, secondary, tertiary) and a sidearm on a regular basis.  I think at that point you would be bogged down by all of the hardware, even if you had smaller weapons.  Remember, the game, like real life operators, work best in groups and they tend to carry hardware that compliments each other: someone with the LMG, someone with the sniper, someone with the shotty, and some ARs and SMGs tossed in to fill the gaps.

How about sound cutting out on PS4? I'll be in the UG soloing a 2 phase hard, and at the end of the first phase the audio dies--leaving me completely deaf in game.

Heck, at least give me bonus xp for that....

The computing glitches in the dark zone drive me to quit playing, multiple times today the characters would move instantly to another spot 5 - 10 metres away, not suffer any damage from an entire magazine of assault rifle firing, or get close to dying but magically re-appear back in full health, transit from 50 metres away to right on top of you, which was what happened with 2 cleaners who were 50m away I was hitting them with assault rifle rounds when boom, they appear right next to you and whoosh you are dead. Later I was attacked by a bat wielding charger, I was firing shot gun rounds no movement, no damage, the game was frozen, nothing was happening, then bam, he was in my face and I was hit and was downed, so frustrating. You can not defend against this possibility and it makes for bizarre playing, They need to spend some of the multi millions giving their system more muscle to cope with demand. Patch 1.4 will be useless unless they fix the inadequacies of the hardware. I have played solo in the dark zone for some time, characters at 65 and 54 but find now that the tinkering with the dark zone characters combined with multi teaming where you attack one crew and several others join in make solo play impossible. Then throw in computer abnormalities and it is adding up to a very unsatisfying game play where I am looking through the PS4 library for something else to play.

I have dummed down one of my characters down from 230's to under 160 to play in the 0 to 160 range as it was always such fun, but can not get appropriate level matches when looking for team mates it is matching me at 157 with 240- 250 level characters, it may be that once having gotten that high ( in 230's) or that my other characters are high rating (233 and 246), that it can not make appropriate matches. Perhaps there needs to be a tick box added for dark zone matches for the appropriate zone you are looking to play in, 0 to 160, 161 to 200, 201 to 230 and 230 plus. This means I can not go in with a team and have to rely on finding someone to pair with which does not always happen.

Since Underground i haven't dz'ed, but back then the match kepted throwing me into groups with higher brackets which in the end simply doesn't work. Maybe a shortage of players, tho i found going in and a grouping with those you encounter .. group or shoot me stand offs lol..  worked better than match making.

I think @Oh. daesu is right that it had something to do with the number of available players and the game is pairing you up with the lowest level players it can.

Another possibility is that there's something on your character, in yiur inventory, or in your cache at the BoO that is pushing you into a higher bracket.  Remember, DZ looks at equipped items, items in your character's inventory, and in your cache.  Also, your GS for DZ is based on the 6 gear pieces your wearing and the highest level item  of your primary or secondary weapons.  DZ GS is based on 7 items, not the 9 pieces that are used for the GS that's displayed on your character screen.

I'd guess it's one of these or some combo of them both that's causing you to be put in the "wrong" DZ.

Check out this post on GS:

I've laid out what I was referring to a little more clearly with numbers and examples.

if you don't think these answers are causing your DZ mismatch, I'd suggest you open a ticket on the Ubisoft Division forums.
