Question. When I get the blueprint for say, the liberator. When I craft it for the second time does it craft at a higher level than what I crafted it for the first time? Or does the level I build it at based off my DZ level or gear level? If not do I have to get the blueprint again? The current liberator I have is level 182 and it looks like if I try and craft it again it'll be the same weapon.
