Rank 30, Gear score.

So I'm super curious. I've made it to rank 30 but my exp topped out 149 points shy of what is called for on rank 30. And also, how are you able to see your gear score? Maybe this something that will all be answered when the free update is released next month? Any ideas?

I've noticed that you actually keep on accumulating XP up until the bar is full to go to 31 but you don't go over. I think a level cap increase is definitely on the horizon. When you are in your inventory click on the character tab. There you will see what your gear total is and how much damage you negate. There is a lot of other cool stats as well so it's worth the time looking at it.

I still don't understand how everyone seems to be at level 30 already! I've played 28hrs (this game has taken my life over) and yet  i've only gotten to level 16. Some of you guys/ladies must have way more time into this game no?

I have a lot of time, but the fastest way to level up is side missions and main missions. I did all of those first and hit 30 before I finished the last story mission I'm pretty sure. A lot of fun though!

Hey do you guys think unbisoft will increase the rankings when you hit the top rank lvl 30 like in the new expansions include a higher rank so your not stuck at lvl 30 and basically finished with the game... Thank you for the good game and please answer me ASAP please

Eventually Mike, they have to. Expect it to come when new expansions drop!

It only makes sense to increase the level ranks with new DLC.

Last night while I was playing it wouldn't reach 415,500 exp it like capped me out at 415,349, but today when I got on and ran a daily mission it finally reached the full amount and can also see my gear score now!

 i just hit level 30 last night after playing 38 hours. and that's having to work 50 hours a week.  just do the side missions and main mission and you will be level 30 before you know it. but you definitely get the most XP by doing the main missions

DZ isn't even it worth it...even at level 30. Better off buying High Ends from the vendor in the Tech Wing at your Base of Operations.

Haha I got to level 30 after about 15 hours and have now put in over 3 days play into the game. And you think it's taken over your life

The side missions after about level 22 or so really give a lot of experience. From level 22 to about 27 you can do 2-3 side missions and almost level up. Throw in an encounter or two, and you will hit the next level. 

The main missions are almost a guaranteed level increase.

I thought the progression would slow down a lot, but I was racing through the last 8-10 levels. Took me about 35 hours to hit 30.
