PS4 patch!!

The free update has been released today for PS4 members with the new gear set Alpha bridge, the new weapons, outfits and the new mode Heroic!! This is awesome but my question is did they fix the weapons buff??? I mean the crit hit chance for smg and all the others???

The items under the "Underground" heading at the top won't be available until Aug 2 when the paid DLC comes to PS4, but everything else ("1.3 Update" heading down) is available today.  

Just a reminder, because Massive had already submitted the PS4 1.3 update to Sony for certification BEFORE they fixed the glitches and bugs in the XB1 and PC 1.3 patch, the same issues will be in the PS4 update (today) and should be patched or fixed in the near future.

Server maintence was this morning (7/5) starting at 3 am EDT and I hear maintenence is typically 3 hrs, so it should have been live at like 6 am EDT.
