I've just tried to enter my bonus code for the Hazmat Gear set only to be told that it's not available in my country?  Any ideas (I'm in the UK)

Got the other 4 outfits, but no Hazmat suit or the other two "big" goodies.  Will try checking again. Has there been an update of this issue?
