Pre-order beta code...

So I pre-ordered my gold edition for Xbox One through Gamestop. Pre-ordering is supposed to give a code which guarantees beta access. Gamestop was unable to provide a beta code at the time I pre-ordered. this was in store, talking with the manager and there was nothing they could do. They said to contact them when the beta goes active (which no one knows when that will be yet) and they will try to have my code for me. I would not be pre-ordering if there wasn't guaranteed beta access promised. If they are not able to give me a code when the beta starts I will be cancelling the order. Anyone else have this problem or have any suggestions?

It's supposed to be on the receipt. If you can, return it and purchase it at the division's main website. If it's not on your receipt, there's definitely something wrong.

​Unsure gamestop has always given me pre order codes although every chance i get i buy my games on steam.If all else fails pre order on steam for a guranteed beta

I too had the same issue with no beta code for access. I called gamestop support and let them know the deal. They said give the purchase 24 hrs to show on the main system at thier headquarters and call back.

We called back 24 hrs later and they gave us a code they have on them at this 1800#

Or you can wait 30 mins on hold to put a gamestop employee on the phone and get the code on the spot when said employee teens them you purchased it there

I pre ordered it on Amazon and I got my code fine. If you can return it and buy it on the division website or Amazon.

​Glad that worked out lol,  usually when you have to jump through so many hoops they almost always screw you over.
