It's not exactly PvP arena. It's not being labeled as Deathmatch or Team Deathmatch. It's Free For All.
That means you have the right to kill as much as those who don't want to get disturbed.
What see I so far in a Free for All communities is that those who kill others for fun tend to think that's the right way to play it and they're better people than those who aren't willing to start a fire and/or giving up after an obvious defeat, then beg for abandonment.
And trust me, when you are in Free For All, it has something to do with your morality. You sit down in front of TV, seeing digital human representing another people just like you. If you pester them just because you think you can and fun to see them dead, that means you simply don't care about them and their time - even worse if your targets are those weaker than you. Way even worse again if you tell them in the forums to enjoy getting killed repeatedly as if they deserve to be your sandbags.
Again, let me say, there is no problem in competitive PvP. But pestering is a different matter.
I hope this can give a different perspective.
