NPC's not loading in

This happens everytime I do a mission or encounter. I can't see any of the NPCS or shoot them, but they can shoot and damage me. I can't even get past the first tech mission because of a sweeper with a riot shield that doesn't load in for me no matter what. I've maxed extra streaming distance and I've even gone so far as to overclock my CPU, but nothing seems to help. Like, I can't progress through the game. And once in a while there are invisible walls I can't pass through, so when I'm getting gunned down by invisible people, I can't pass through, and the lighting freaks out too. It goes all black and I can't see anything, it's like someone turned up the gamma soooo high. Can anyone help me with any of these problems? Mostly the NPC one.

If we can discount your connection having issues, I would say this may require an uninstall/reinstall of the game.

If you're playing on a slow connection, a wireless connection, or one bogged down by local traffic, I would recommend switching to a dedicated wired connection and ensuring that the line is free of other users/bandwidth leeches.
